These terms cover use of https://moovevents.ai — this website. They are short because the site does little: it explains a product and takes an email address.
They are not the terms for the MOOV product. Signing up for MOOV means agreeing to the platform terms, which are a separate and longer document, linked at the end of this page.
What this site is
An explanation of MOOV, and a way to join the early-access list before it launches. Joining the list costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and is not a purchase.
About the prices shown here
MOOV has not launched. Prices, plan structures and promotional offers on this site describe what we currently intend to charge — they are information, not a binding offer, and they may change before launch.
What you actually agree to pay is the price and the terms presented to you at checkout when you subscribe. Where a promotional discount applies, it is applied through a promo code at checkout, as described in the platform terms.
Billing, credits and refunds are governed entirely by the platform terms. Nothing on this website changes them.
Using the site
Use it for its purpose. Do not attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or interfere with the infrastructure serving it.
The answer box on the FAQ page generates responses automatically. Treat what it says as a helpful summary, not as a contractual commitment about what the product does.
What belongs to whom
The MOOV name, the writing, the design and the graphics on this site are ours. Comparison pages reference other companies' products and name them for identification; those names belong to their owners.
Course maps on this site are derived from OpenStreetMap data, used under the Open Database Licence, and attributed in the footer.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be either at any given moment.
Where we link to another company's website, we are not responsible for what is on it.
Changes, and how to reach us
We may update these terms. The date at the top will say when we last did.
