What we collect

Your email address, when you give it to us. That is the only field the early-access form asks for. If you write to us directly, we also hold whatever you chose to put in the message.

Questions you type into the answer box. The FAQ page has a box that answers questions about MOOV. What you type is sent to Anthropic, which generates the answer. Do not put anything confidential in it.

Anonymous usage measurement, only if you accept it. The cookie notice asks first. Decline and nothing is set, and the site works identically.

Ordinary server logs. Our host records the requests it serves, including IP addresses, as every web server does. These are operational records, not a profile of you.

Why we have it

To tell you when MOOV launches, and to answer you when you write. That is what the early-access list is for, and it is the only thing we use it for.

To understand which pages actually help event operators, so we write more of what works. This is measurement in aggregate — which pages get read — not surveillance of individuals.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing. There is no scenario in which your address is traded.

Who processes it

Mailchimp (Intuit) stores the early-access list and sends the email. Your address lives there.

Vercel hosts this site and keeps the server logs.

Google Analytics measures page traffic — only after you accept the cookie notice.

Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads receive a signal that you visited, and that you signed up if you did, so we can show ads to people like you and measure whether advertising works — only after you accept the cookie notice.

Anthropic generates the answers in the FAQ answer box, from the question you typed.

All of them are United States providers, so if you are writing from elsewhere your data is processed in the US.

Cookies

This site sets no cookie until you accept one. Decline is a real answer — it is remembered and nothing is set.

If you accept, we set two kinds. Measurement cookies tell us which pages get read. Advertising cookies, from Meta, LinkedIn and Google, let us show our ads to people who have already visited, and tell us whether that spend is working. We do not use them to build a profile of you beyond that.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of ad personalisation directly with Meta, LinkedIn and Google.

How long we keep it

Your address stays on the early-access list until you take it off, or until you ask us to remove it. There is no other clock.

Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule. Server logs roll off on our host's.

Your choices

Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email we send. That link also opens a preferences page where you can keep company updates and stop the articles, or stop everything.

Ask us for a copy, a correction or a deletion at support@moovevents.ai. We will act on it, and you do not need to give a reason.

Withdraw cookie consent by declining the notice, or by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

Children

This site is for people who organise events professionally. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes, and how to reach us

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we use the early-access list will be sent to the list itself, not just posted here.
