I only run one event a year — is this a good fit?
Yes. MOOV is month to month with no commitment, so you can cancel any time. Volunteer slots you do not use stay in your slot bank for your next event, for as long as you stay subscribed.
What does MOOV cost?
$149 a month for one plan with full access to the planning and race-day platform: Map Builder, routes, zones, objects, the live map and team tracking, alerts, engagements, messaging and calling, Work Stations and MOOV AI chat. Your core team is unlimited — there are no seats to count — and 1,000 texting and calling credits are included every month. Prices exclude tax.
How do volunteer slots work?
Volunteers are $1.50 each, sold in packs of 25 ($37.50 a pack). Packs go into one slot bank for your organization, and every event draws from it. There is nothing to assign: each volunteer who checks in uses one slot.
When am I charged for volunteers?
You pay for a pack when you buy it. A slot is used only when a volunteer checks in, walk-ins included, and only once per volunteer per event. No-shows use nothing.
What happens to slots I don't use?
They stay in your slot bank for your next event, for as long as your subscription is active.
What if more volunteers show up than I have slots for?
Race day is never interrupted. Everyone checks in, and volunteers beyond your slot bank are billed at $1.50 each after the event. Buy packs ahead and race day costs nothing extra.
What about texts and calls?
1,000 credits are included every month. One credit is one text segment to one person or one voice minute. In-app messages, push alerts and email are free.
What's the refund policy?
Ordinary adjustments are applied to your next invoice as account credit — money does not have to travel backwards for you to be made whole. Our guarantee is the exception: if the platform did not operate as advertised, we refund it. Claims run to 14 days into the current billing period and one previous period at most, and larger claims are reviewed against the event record.
