MOOV vs ClearEvent
ClearEvent signs everyone up. MOOV runs the day they show up for.
ClearEvent is event administration done broadly: float entries and payments, volunteer shifts with a personalised task list for every person, schedules from lineup to cleanup, participant updates by app and email, and budget tracking against sponsors.
It is a genuinely useful spread, and almost none of it overlaps with what MOOV does. The dividing line is whether the tool knows where anybody is.
Side by side
Feature by feature.
MOOV column reflects platform capability shipping 30 September 2026; parades is not a live MOOV category yet. ClearEvent column is sourced from their public marketing (clearevent.com, August 2026); where it doesn't say, we don't guess.

The honest answer
ClearEvent is the stronger choice for running the administration of a parade — sign-ups, money, shifts, schedules. MOOV is not competing for that work. If the gap you feel is on the morning itself, that is the part ClearEvent does not claim.
